1972年生,二级教授/中南林业科技大学副校长,博士生导师,农药生物学与精准使用技术湖南省重点实验室主任。 2010年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划人选,2015年入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才和湖南省科技创新领军人才,2016年享受国务院特殊津贴专家,2017年入选第三批国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,百千万人才工程国家级人选并被授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”,全国农业先进工作者,2019年入选湖南省121人才工程第一层次,湖南省中药材产业体系病虫草害防控岗位专家,中国植物保护学会园艺作物病虫害防治专业委员会副主任委员。2020年入选“湖南省中药材产业技术体系病虫草害防控岗位专家”(省农业农村厅)。
